Antique Caucasian Kazak Oriental Rug, in Small Squarish Size w/ Green Background

An antique Caucasian Kazak oriental rug, circa 1910-1920, size 5'3 H x 3'9 W. This handsome carpet has a multi-medallion design, with three lozenge medallions ensconced within the rarely found mint green primary field. The field is encased within a series of simple, yet elegant borders and guard borders. Hand-knotted, with short to medium wool pile. Excellent condition. A great decorative item for an entry way, living area, or wall!
