Antique Persian Serab Camel Hair Oriental Rug, Small Runner Size, Tribal Design

An antique Persian Serab Camel Hair oriental rug, size 8'7 x 3'2, circa 1900. This handsome hand-knotted wool carpet is characterized by a tribal design at center, with several angular medallions leading to an end point in either direction. The dark camel central field is enclosed within an ivory border, which is populated by several mini medallions that reiterate the design from the main field. In very good condition, but with some areas of prior restoration. Short wool pile. Sturdy construction. An excellent choice for a hallway, a foyer, a gallery space, or a living space. A wonderful way to inject color, warmth, and personality into your interior decor!
