Antique Turkish Oushak Oriental Carpet, Oversize, with Medallion & Corner Design

A palace sized antique Turkish Oushak carpet, circa 1900, size 22.7" x 13.9". This grand carpet features a small medallion within a larger medallion shaped primary field, creating a unique visual effect of multiple medallions arising from one another. The field is enclosed within simple ivory border with a repeating circular design. A truly remarkable carpet! Handwoven. Wool pile. Excellent condition.
