An amazing antique Tabriz Hadji Jalili carpet, circa 1890, size 18'0" x 12'7". This exemplary carpet features an eye-catching central medallion in the main field, with elegant corner spandrels reiterating the medallion design in each of the four corner quadrants. The sumptuous central field is encased within a handsome and elaborate primary border. Very finely woven, with tremendous detail and clarity in the rendering of the flowers and other design elements. Wool pile. Excellent condition. A collector's piece, and an amazing find to add cache and prestige to one's home decor!
